18. je dan čekanja da paket iz ZG stigne na adresu u ZG. Ne odgovaraju na mailove, upite, a služba za korisnike na telefonu ne zna ništa ni ne može ništa. Paket vrijedan 1500€.

Na trackingu stoji klasičan lažan "pokušaj dostave" od 15.11., naravno da poštara nije bilo tog dana na adresi.

Nevjerojatno je koliko jedna takva firma može biti neodgovorna i nikome ništa.

I jos sad kad krenu masovni godisnji i spajanja, a opseg posla ce biti najveci u godini......

Jucer i danas sam na isti nacin dobio DHL pakete, prvo su kao na dostavi i odmah napisu delivery attempt. Ali zapravo dodju drugi radni dan i bude novi status da je stvarno na dostavi. Ovo gore je brijem samo status da je paket zaduzen i u kombiju.

Meni uredno nisu dostavili novu debitnu, poslanu 14.11. Naravno moja greška što nisam pazio a dobro znam s kakvim gelipterima imam posla. Bilo bi zgodno da u moru notifikacija u aplikaciji od banke bude i neki podsjetnik za istjecanje kartice na taj i taj mjesec, ali eto. Na kraju me revolut spašava.

I zaboravih, još jedna zanimljivost. Dakle, naručio za frendu neku robu za zolanda, kako se već zove. Van svih očekivanja poštar zove u subotu (bilo u najavi za ponedjeljak) ali me nije bilo i nisam uspio preuzet. Rekao je da bude pustio u pošti, a kako pošta radi do podne subotom skočio sam pitati prije zatvaranja, naravno ništa.

Ponedjeljak se ništa ne dešava. Danas dobijem u 4 minuta do dva sata obavijest da je pošiljka spremna na pošti. Pošta utorkom radi do 14

Nije, dostava je krenula u 8 i nesto, a pokusaj dostasve u podne i nesto
A ja na poslu...adresa dostave od posla.. ak danas ne dodje najebat cu se mame nekome

HP dila pakete DHL. Naručio nešto za frenda iz DE, pa me sa DHL prebacilo na HP tracking.

A sad kad poštari dobiju povišice, ima da pakete imamo u ruci prije nego ih pošalju

Ništa u RH se ne može uspoređivati s navedenim. Iako ne znam da bih Talijane stavio uz bok ostalih s popisa, to su svjetske protuhe

100000 pošiljaka dnevno, 3000 poštara.
Čudo jedno da to uopće kolko-tolko funkcionira.

Na ugovoru je oko 3000 poštara,a imamo i oko 3000 šalterskih radnika. Znači, u HP-u preko 90 posto ljudi direktno u operativnom procesu. Sljedeće godine dovesti ćemo velik broj stranih radnika. Zbog jezične barijere oni će prvenstveno raditi na onim dostavama gdje nemaju kontakte s našim građanima. Sad ih imamo negdje stotinjak. Iz svih su krajeva svijeta. No zaista ne mislim da nam je nedostatak radnika velik problem. U logističkom centru dnevno prođe 100.000 paketa, što je prije 4-5 godine bilo nezamislivo, a mi to sve bez problema odrađujemo.

Meni u zadnje vrijeme paketi koji dolaze sa paket24 dolaze (za standard kakav je HP postavio) uredno. Naravno da je to sve jedna sprdačina, kad spominju investicije stotina miliona eura, zna se odakle je to došlo. I to je razlog zašto ćemo i u godini gospodnjoj 2025. voziti po drumu.

Pošto je brijem zakrcana do čepa. Par paketa se danima ne miče s centralnog, tj samo su prispjeli po statusu.

A Amazon mi svaki dan uredno javi "delivery on Hold. Hrvatska posta wasnt able to complete your delivery and needs aditional information", a trackign od pošte ne mrda
jel moguće da si pošta flaga samo pakete od Amazona i njima javlja da treba dodatne informacije. Na um mi pada to radi ugovora, ak imaju ugovoreno u kojem roku moraju dostavit paket. Jer prije tri tjedna mi je Amazon vratio 40 eura poštarine jer je dostava kasnila jedan dan u odnosu na njihovu prognozu, i to su vratili sami, samo mi sjelo na karticu.

avantura - danas odem do paketomata, ispunim sve ubacim, platim i čekam potvrdu sa tracking broje - kad ono šipak - nema papira, dok sam ja ragirao u htio pritisnut za potvrdu na mail, sistem se vratio na početni zaslon...
sad nemam nikakav dokaz da sam poslao paket.



posao sam prigovor pošti. čekam da mi odgovore u zakonskom roku od 15 dana. u međuvrmenu ja nek strepim bude li paket stigao i kada, primatelj može reć da nije ništa dobio...

Tako sam se i ja jednom zeznuo. Od onda prvo natipkam mail, pa onda stisnem za ispisati račun, jer nakon što stisneš ispis računa (koliko se sjećam) nemaš opciju poslati račun na mail. Prilično je glupo to napravljeno.

evo već danas obrat!


dobio odgovor u kojem traže moj broj koji sam unio u paketomat .
pol sata kasnije izvještavaju me da moj paket ima ovaj tracknig broj XXYYXX i da će uredno biti moguće pratit put.
žao im je bla bla bla


dakle savjet - odabetire mail za potvrdu slanja jer nikad ne znate ima li papira u paketomatu (u dosadašnjih par puta bilo OK al eto - neprijatelj nikad ne spava)

People who are just smart enough to run the machines and do the paperwork, and just dumb enough to passively accept all these increasingly shittier jobs with the lower pay, the longer hours, the reduced benefits, the end of overtime and the vanishing pension that disappears the minute you go to collect it, and now they’re coming for your Social Security money. They want your retirement money. They want it back so they can give it to their criminal friends on Wall Street, and you know something? They’ll get it. They’ll get it all from you, sooner or later, 'cause they own this f*cking place. It's a big club, and you ain’t in it. You and I are not in the big club. And by the way, it's the same big club they use to beat you over the head with all day long when they tell you what to believe. All day long beating you over the head in their media telling you what to believe, what to think and what to buy. The table is tilted folks. The game is rigged, and nobody seems to notice, nobody seems to care. Good honest hard-working people -- white collar, blue collar, it doesn’t matter what color shirt you have on -- good honest hard-working people continue -- these are people of modest means -- continue to elect these rich c*cksuckers who don’t give a f*ck about them. They don’t give a f*ck about you. They don’t give a f*ck about you. They don't care about you at all -- at all -- at all. And nobody seems to notice, nobody seems to care. That's what the owners count on; the fact that Americans will probably remain willfully ignorant of the big red, white and blue dick that's being jammed up their assholes everyday. Because the owners of this country know the truth: it's called the American Dream, because you have to be asleep to believe it.

Kako si pljuvao po njima, i eto odgovorili maltene odmah

pa nisam jednom tražio neko pojašnjenje ili odgovor i dobio politički "odjeb" "odgovorit ćemo u roku 15 dana" (ne pošta već općenito)


ovo me iznenadilo na dobar način jer ako malo pažljivije čitaš ovaj foum vidjećeš da sam ja prilično blag prema njima bio.
a sad da pošalješ paket i nemaš nikakv dokaz da si ga poslao, niti trag da će bit preuzet sa dokazon da je preuzet...neko je "fucked up"

Ja ne kužim da tako nova i dobra generalno usluga kao paketomat nema online najavu paketa nego tamo nabadam po onom ekranu. Boxnow je tu puno napredniji i ispred njih.
